Dillard's

The employees show great knowledge of the products they have in All the departments I have been to. Are very polite, well versed and knowledgeable about each product I asked about and help show the classiness that the Dillard's stores want to represent. Downside is lack of the top men's brand's in clothing they were known for, so I don't come in very often anymore otherwise I would give it five stars!

I didnt buy anything, prices were a little high and there really wasn't much of a selection in the mens as I wished.

The staff is always extremely attentive and it's never hard to find them. I LOVE that they help you in the fitting rooms and even have buttons to call them so you're not going put half dressed to find them or getting completely redressed to find a different size. Most stores don't offer that personal touch anymore. The prices are higher but the inventory turn around is quick so you can usually find what you want on clearance.

A VERY nice department store. The employees are exceptionally friendly and customer oriented. Has a wide selection of appraisals, their selection of fragrance are outstanding. I love the eagerness in assisting customers. Very clean store. The stores restrooms are the cleanest of any place of business I have ever observed. Great satisfaction! Highly suggested.
