Fast and friendly service!

I had to fill out a prescription here to help with the nervous tick I've developed (ptsd). Once i took the pills, i realized something was wrong. I looked up the pill and it was actually a pill made to give whales diarrhea. I pooped out my entire stomach contents, which came out to weigh some 30 pounds. Not going back.

Staff was very rude on my visit. I went in 30 minutes before they closed and was in there for 5 minutes. Just getting a card and the staff acted like I walked in as they were closing. The first thing they told me when I walked in the door was “we close soon” as if I didn’t see the sign on the door. Not hello, not can I help you find anything. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Excellent customer service! The staff is attentive, helpful and really make an effort to provide the highest level of customer service. I have been a loyal Walgreens customer since they came to Richmond and will continue to make them my pharmacy of choice!!!

I use Walgreens in my hometown in Washington State as well as in Richmond. The staff here are very friendly and the selection of health care products is quite extensive. In addition to health care products, Walgreens has a good selection of food products and I try to save time by doing my non-perishable grocery shopping here as well. I enjoy the customer experience at this location and refuse to use any other pharmacy in the Richmond area.
