They were absolutely wonderful! Their communication is fantastic and I really appreciated how friendly Lori, the receptionist, was with being flexible with my schedule and giving me price run downs. Nathan came out to look at our ceiling fan and he was only here for less than an hour. He did amazing, helped fix our problem, went above and beyond, and was super friendly and personable. Would recommend and will use this company in the future!

I initially had issues/concerns with the services of Sims Electric but Travis the owner called me back immediately regarding them. We discussed what happened and realized that we both had made some errors in what our expectations of the job and came to a mutually beneficial decision that we both were happy with.nSims, Travis, seems like a reputable man with good morals so I would use his services again.

Punctual, polite, and professional. Could not have asked for better installation of what we wanted. Had one minor issue that got solved extremely well and was handled with great professionalism. We will most definitely be using Sims Electric over and over. Best money I have paid to a contractor in a long while.

Upgraded to 200 AMP service, answered all our questions as well as pros/cons of different options. The crews are very polite and professional in their work, cleaned up after the work was done and explained what was done and inspection of work after completion. All I had to do was accept the quoted work, and they handled the rest. Will definitely only work with Sims for any of my electric needs.

I had water leaking into my breaker box in my basement. Sims Electric replaced the panel, fixed the leak, and ran new wires from inside my home to the exterior meter. Sims was knowledgeable, fairly priced, arrived on time, the final cost of job was the same as the quote even though a little additional work was required, and the job site was left clean. We will definitely call Sims Electric again next time we are in need of electrical work.
