Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I went there for a business meeting. They treated us wonderfully. They realized it was a working dinner. They provided just the right of attention. They did not hover or try to rush us out. There was 11 of us there. It was really nice. Thank you!

Staff was over excited to have customers. I assume this is who they are and daily for them but it was nice to see (being from Michigan where we cannot think without the gov't stepping in). Waitress was over and above with taking care of our group of 8 with kids ranging from 6-13.nThe food was good, great, excellent (after being in a car for 10 hours or so could be part of why it was so good). It took about an hour for us to get our seat, they thought it would be around 30 minutes but the group at the larger table was chatting up and didn't leave when they thought, so not a big deal we just sat in the rocking chairs and met new people.

We have been here several times and most of the time I do not have many complaints (hence the 3 star rating). However I will say the last time we went, we waited around 45 minutes for fried chicken (they were NOT slammed) and we were told it would only take 25 minutes. Then it was the incorrect order. I will say be extremely specific when ordering from here so there is no confusion. Food was decent.

Great food! 95% of the time I've been there but everyone is going to have there off day. One time the Mac and cheese tasted like it was out of a bag and not home made, waiters or friendly and service is fast

I ordered the new maple glazed bacon cheddar chicken, the cheese was crispy on all around the edges and I had to ask for a side of the glaze. First and second bites were real salty and then realized they forgot to add the glaze.nTook much longer than normal for our dinner to arrive and it was not very busy st the time.nOur server was very nice.
