John Jones Auto Group Scottsburg

Terrific experience at John Jones in Scottsburg, IN. Made a same day appointment for an oil change. I understand you can’t always get in the same day, but I did here. I lucked out. Once I arrived, I was in and out, finished up in right at a half hour. Very satisfied with this service department.

I have been coming to John Jones in Scottsburg since 2011 for all of my vehicle service needs (and I have several vehicles). They are always nice and easy to work with. They make sure to look over my vehicle as a whole, so that nothing is missed in between service visits. Isaiah has become my newest service advisor and he is always so pleasant from the time I walk through the door to the time I leave. If there are any issues with my vehicle, he takes time to explain it in a way that I (as a person that has no mechanic background) can understand. I would highly recommend John Jones for your service needs.

I've went to several dealerships over the years and they just want to make a sale. My credit is not horrible but all of the places I've went to over the years. If your credit score isn't at 700 points or more. They treat you like trash so I drove 45 mins away from where I live to try someplace different. I went to John Jones in Scottsburg and I'm glad I did. This is the best dealership with the more outstanding customer service!!!! I had two kids with me running around and they was able to watch TV and play while we could talk and do paperwork. The salesman Dave A was the best and he worked with us and gave us several options for financing and there was so many used and new vehicles to choose from and after several test drives we finally found a vehicle and we made a deal. This is the only place I'll go to buy a used or new vehicle. If anyone is wanting to buy a used or new vehicle this is the ONLY place to go!!!!

I purchased my 2020 Equinox at this location. It was such an easy process and the staff was great! I highly recommend working with Brooklyn Shaddix. She will help you find the perfect vehicle for you and your family. The service department is a bonus as well. A truly great experience.

We had a great experience with John Jones Auto Group at Scottsburg, Indiana. They were able to meet our needs and made us feel at home. We drove 4 hours from Eastern Kentucky to purchase our vehicle with them and they definitely made it worth our drive there. Great service, there was no hassle or trying to push things on us that we didn’t want, they took very good care of us. Kris Hare, Michael Helton and Cindy Lakins were extremely nice people and made us feel welcomed and made this experience great. I would highly suggest going to purchase your vehicle there.
