We can say only good things about these people. We were traveling down to Arizona and our trailer broke. No one would make time to spend for a small weld repair. They took us in and had us on the road in less than an hour.nWe are grateful to no end.nThanks guys ud83eudd17

Great people! Had a trailer wheel bearing burn up on the way to Evansville. Found them on a google search. Called them and they were very responsive and ready for us when we got there. Had the parts in stock and got us on our way quickly.

Nope! Never again! We will drive the extra 30 minutes to go to Roots from now on. Took our 5th wheel in for service on the brakes and pack the wheel bearings with grease and check everything over before our 3 week on the road trip. Almost no grease in the bearings and one wheel was loose. Now my husband is spending his vacation time doing what we paid then to do in the first place. I guess they thought since you couldn’t see it they could get away with it! When my husband called and told them they offered no apology or refund just “bring it back” not easy to do when you are 1000 miles away! Beware!

Called for service on on lifting jacks, the lady that answered said the gentleman would call me that night or next morning. Called again late the next morning and the lady said the same thing. Never called or showed up at my camping spot. If you couldn't get to me then let me know so I can call someone else.

Had to totally redo wiring they supposedly fixed and when I called to ask a question they pretty much told me to drop dead, never again will I take my rig to this clown show shop. I was able to finally fix by calling a uhaul trailer tech and it took him 2 minutes to answer my question that Alexanders refused to even listen to a situation they caused...smh.
