Jason came to our home to do measurements and discuss our interior painting needs. He took detailed notes and said he would e-mail a quote within a couple of days. We let him know that we were in the process of getting several bids. A week passed and there was no contact. I called Jason and he said he had sent a quote and would send it again. Another week passed and I tried calling again. He answered, then hung up. I called again, told him my name, and he hung up. Jeff, from KBM,called me and said they no longer do residential work. They are now union and doing only commercial work. Was disappointed for the long drawn out process. If this business transition was in the works during the initial consultation,then I should have been enlightened to the fact. Not good for customer service.
