I really like the new facility. I like how the pool has more than one entry point, easy access if handicapped or have a bad back, and the water is a good temp. I think the sauna ia great, the steam room bring a towel to sit on I burnt my legs on the hot tile. Too hot for me. Love the parking!!
Great new YMCA in Davenport. I love the track on the third floor. On one side it looks over the Mississippi River. Plenty of treadmills and stair climbers. Plenty of weight lifting to work with. Plenty of classes to choose from as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful in answering any questions you may have. Great place.
Brand new and very nice. Very large hot tub, three feet deep with powerful jets. Separate large play pool with dumping water bucket. Indoor track and tons of the latest workout equipment.
Great new Y to work out at. Best time i have found is before work. After work is way busier. Not too bad in the weekend to take the kids swimming.
Missing lots of small details which is understandable for just opening, but there is a large gap beneath the men’s sauna door that someone has to put a towel in front of the door for the sauna to even get warm, but even then it doesn’t get nearly as hot as all the other YMCA saunas. There is also a draft near the benches in the sauna. When this gets fixed I’ll update to 5/5.
