Lovely little yoga studio in the East Village. Went to a gentle class with Sarah to dip my toe back into yoga after not practicing for years. It was fantastic and restorative for my body and spirit. The yoga room was nice and had natural sunlight from a wall of windows. There are mirrors along another wall, but they were covered by sheer curtains for our class (which I appreciate). I hope to try their meditation classes next!

What a lovely studio! It has a very welcoming atmosphere. Sunlight has brightened up the East Village. Great instructors and a nice range of classes from beginner to advanced and even yoga therapy. I encourage you to try them out.

Welcoming environment. Excellent classes. My daughter saw Rebecca for yoga therapy, as well, and it was very helpful.

I see Rebecca at Sunlight for yoga therapy, and it’s AMAZING.nnThe Center itself is warm and welcoming - not intimidating at all for someone who is generally overwhelmed in public spaces.nnI’ve had multiple injuries and chronic pain for years. In our one-on-one sessions, we do movements, breath work and relaxation designed for exactly what is ailing me.nnI get manageable daily homework to do in between our sessions.nnThe results have spoken for themselves.
