Lanes kept breaking down , offered to move us after a few waits for someone to reset lane, but the move wouldnt have been social distanced. We did eventually move to a new spot .staff good and friendly , tenderloin at Frankie's good, nachos not so much.
Food good service slow.. the lane was messed up and not working and when you called for assistance on the bowling controls or intercom no one answered or came and when I went up to front desk to get someone there were 4 people standing around desk talking to each other... not paying any attention...
bowling conditions were good. house was clean. that is about all u could ask for
No customer service. Waitress wouldn't come to lane. Had to wait a hour to fix lane malfunction. They ran out of pitchers... I had just brought up 3 pitchers and was told they couldn't sell pitchers because they ran out of clean pitchers. Never coming back.
It was so relaxed and not crazy hetic lost most places. Had a family atmosphere.
