My car wouldn't start as I was leaving the grocery store. I called Joe's to have it towed to a mechanic shop. The representative I talked to on the phone was very friendly and suggested it might just be the battery. She offered to have her service technician come out and test it and bring a replacement battery just in case. It took just under an hour for the technician to arrive, but he checked the car and sure enough, the battery was shot. He quickly replaced it and had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. He was very friendly and I was pleased overall with the results.

From the young lady that called to verify my information to the young man that came out. Couldn't have been any nicer and professional. They arrived a lot sooner then Allstate customer service said they would be out. I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends. Thank you for coming out and jumping my battery on the coldest day of the year. Much appreciated.

Tim and Caleb came to tow my car to the dealership. Tim asked what the issue was, I explained what was going on. He said let me take a look as he had a hunch as to what it could be. Sure enough it was a simple fix and he saved me the time and effort to have it looked at with the dealership and most importantly he saved me $$!! Both gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly. They could have easily just towed it and been done but instead they cared enough about the customer to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Joe's towing and if you can, ask for Tim!
