Great coaches and solid learning atmosphere. My sons love the kid classes too.
I've been going for a few months now and it's a great workout. Flexible hours with morning and evening classes. Boxing and Muay Thai classes available. Kid friendly as well. Go check out a free class!
Muay Thai with Brent is the best workout of my life. I have never enjoyed working out this much in the past but I actually look forward to going here! Easygoing atmosphere, everyone is very welcoming of beginners. Definitely give it a try with their free class, I was hooked after that!
Never boring, always exhausting, great instructors, great people, recommend the boxing class!
I have been training with Powerhouse for around three years. The instructors are amazing. Especially Dave and Brent. They train me hard. They can also train a person to compete in Thai boxing or boxing competitions. I highly recommend this gym.
