I always have a good experience with the pharmacists here, and today I was helped by Haley who helped me get a great deal on my prescription with a coupon. She had a great attitude and was very friendly!
Bad customer service Pharmacist looked at me while I was asking about a manufacturer of a med. The cashier was trying to explain , but seemed unsure.nWhile the lady Pharmacist didn't say a word just looked at me. Went right to Walmart they didnt have it, but they certainly offered to order it.
I have worked in the health care business for a long time so I am always very understanding and friendly with the pharmacists. I understand customers can be rude and pushy and can throw off your whole day, but every time I speak with the pharmacists here they’re always so rude. They roll their eyes and are very short when I talk with them. It’s very annoying.
Poor customer service going thru the check out lane.
It's difficult to pick up your prescription and purchase other items you need when their phones and therefore their computers aren't working. Based on other reviews, this happens pretty frequently.
