I will call and recommend Jeff at HKS Systems to handle all lock matters. He was extremely professional, on-time, knowledgeable and quick. He is licensed too, which isn’t the case for many providers. I appreciated that a human picked up the call at HKS instead of an automated service that passes you through to voicemail. Jeff had won my business for a lifetime. Can wait to get him back to do out garage door key pad!
Jeff was very efficient, professional, and punctual. He arrived early in a well-marked vehicle and uniform, waiting patiently for my arrival. Jeff was also very mindful and respectful of proper Covid precautions which was much appreciated. He completed the work very nicely and actually under the estimate. Great to have found a locally based professional locksmith for emergencies, as most numbers that pop up on this map are call services!
I had called 2 other companies that I thought were in my area. Turns out they were not. Both seemed “questionable” and when one wanted my charge card number before service, I got really suspicious. HKS Jeff was prompt in answering my questions , showed up on time, has his logo on his jacket, and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. His price was very reasonable and I would recommend him 100 percent!

HKS Systems came out the next day to change out the lock on my mailbox. I kept losing keys and so I needed it replaced. He got things done quickly and correctly. He is very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.
