Awesome experience with A1! First call was to a different place that CLAIM they are local, but are not. They forward your call to someone on their list of local people. I got lucky and found A1. Love the local, personal service of this professional who has been doing this for 30+ years. On time, went over all options, explained everything, and was a REALLY nice guy! Would recommend to anyone, and would ABSOLUTELY use again.

On the way home from an out-of-town outing, we realized we would be locked out of the house. A1 was waiting for us as we pulled into our driveway. Even though all work was outside, the locksmith followed Covid protocols. He was friendly, thorough, efficient, and professional. As an emergency call on a Sunday, it hurt the wallet a bit but I would highly recommend him.

Needed to have a set of locks changed at my home and had called to get it done. He was able to come out the next day. Prompt and friendly. Got the job done very quickly in half an hour!! I appreciate the quick service! Will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs the service done!

Contacted Rick to have locks changed. We set up a time and he arrived exactly on time. Awesome. Super courteous, safe (wore a mask the entire time), and explained what he was doing. Was able to replace the lock mechanism on door hardware from the 1940's, saving the original hardware. Contact with no hesitation if you need any sort of lock / key services.

He was amazing! He came right on time with only a hour notice! He was very nice and professional and wore a mask the whole time! Highly recommend!
