The teachers and students are so supportive. It is a relaxed environment and everyone is so welcoming.
My yoga class with Angie was AMAZING! She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Angie is super knowledgeable and puts you at ease, but at the same time, challenges you. She explains each pose and gives modifications throughout the session. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, her classes are a great experience. Angie is very friendly and professional, and you can tell she truly enjoys teaching!
Angie is awesome. She is very knowledgeable of the the craft and very encouraging to her students. She makes me want to do yoga more :) She even adds a bit of fun to what some could make very very boring. I love I Heart Yoga!
Lunchtime yoga definitely a must, especially if you work in an office and are sitting all day! 30 minute class full of helpful poses to help you return to work more energized and alert! Thanks Angie!!!!!
