The trainers are very knowledgeable and they would have you concentrate on proper form rather than speed. I also like the variety of workouts, and although some are challenging for me, they make it fun. I always feel good after a workout, it's almost like having a personal trainer who encourage and coach you thru the workouts.
Quick review about my gym, they have great prices and the staff is friendly and helpful. Sat down with the trainer and discussed my goals/concerns, he helped me set up a plan, and in 6 months I was able to lose 32 pounds, I feel great about myself and more confident being in the gym. Even when covid hit, the trainer gave me some good tips and workouts to do from home to keep me on track with my goals. I’m so excited the gym is back open and I can hit it harder then ever.
Very friendly environment and the whole gym is super clean! They have a great variety of equipment and the personal trainer is great! I love coming to this gym!
