Great clean workout facility with nice equipment! Danita is an experienced and pleasant trainer.
Never over crowded. Danita is a great instructor. Very clean gym. A little cramped, but not really an issue if you don't mind moving a bench every once in awhile. 24 hr access is great.
This gym has everything you would expect at a large chain gym and a little more. There is plenty of weight and cardio equipment and while I wasn't able to do a group fitness class during my visit, the classes seemed nicely varied. The owners did a fantastic job of repurposing what was previously the school of dance into something the community really needed. I wish them continued success!
