TERRIBLE service! All I needed was a couple extra keys copied and a new door lock, I called for a simple price quote and they said they would have to call me back. Waited hours and never got a call back. I finally decided to call them again and whoever answered seemed to have an attitude when I asked why it was taking so long to get an answer. I will be taking my business to Home Depot since this place can’t answer a simple question and clearly does not want business.

THEY PICKED UP AND WHEN SHE ASKED HIM ABOUT THE PRICE HE INSTANTLY BECAME RUDE AND AFTER TALKING TO HIM FOR 5 MINUTES HE DECIDED HE DIDN'T WANT TO TALK TO HER ANYMORE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON HER

Needed to make copy of a key for my car. They were able to cut and program the new key in about 20 minutes and I saved a lot of money by avoiding the auto dealer. Great service and reasonable priced.
