Recently, I & my son took the membership here so that my son can practice with me and sometimes with the ball machine available at the club. I was told that kids get the ball machine for free with walk-on court time, but I was NEVER told that the adult who shares the court with the kid will get billed for half the ball machine fee, even though adult do not use it. After I enquired about this sneaky fee in my account, the front desk lady told it was a policy change by manager. I understand that adults have to pay court fee, but never thought that we get charged for a ball machine that we borrow for helping out our kids ?!nAnother thing which I didn't like is, we can no longer book the walk on court time for singles play for 1.5 hrs, maximum time allowed now is only 1hr !!
I love this place. It seems like a small gym but it's set up very well and has everything I need! I've never seen it get crowded and everyone is very friendly.
The gym is amazing with so many wonderful classes.Wonderful location and atmosphere . Will be back.
