Truly a great workout experience from beginning to advanced. Chris and Mel are very motivational and create awesome classes everyday. Their positive vibes have also helped create a great community feel where everyone is kind and welcoming. Definitely one of the best gyms you’ll find.

I have been to every type of group fitness studio/gym that you can think of and APX is simply the best. The facility and equipment are brand new and impeccably maintained. They also offer tons of class options and times. New clients get an entire week free so you have literally nothing to lose by trying!nnThe coaches are friendly and inviting; they make you feel like part of the group as do the other people in class. It is a group fitness format but everything can be modified and the coaches give several different options for each exercise, so it is truly inclusive of all ability levels. However, they spend time with each member and get to know you, so you will be pushed!nnI have been a member for several months and I have yet to repeat the same class-so much variety and each day is something new that challenges you in a different way. This mixed with the high energy of the coaches and members makes you want to come back every day. All of this plus amazing playlists and showers with excellent water pressure-signed, sealed, delivered! The best there is.
