Horrible pharmacy service! Very poor customer service. Very rude pharmacist. Should never yell at patients!! COVID should be done separate from every day prescriptions with a separate staff!!! Read all the bad reviews and DO BETTER!!! Dundee pharmacy NOT Long Grove!

The manager didn't like how my mask was on my face and then yelled that he lost someone to Covid. Wouldn't sell me my medicine, so I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager, I don't know. I guess I didn't react the way he wanted me too, so he yelled at me. and walked off.nTell him your sorry for his lose or he goes crazy and wont sell you your medicine. Buyers Beware.

Kate was very attentive and tenacious in filling my prescriptions. Also followed with a called to see if everything was okay.
