We started our small business almost 9 months ago. When we wanted to hire our first employee it become very clear we would need help to make sure things were done the right way.nnOur bookkeeper recommended On-Time Payroll, Carmen and everyone else I've dealt with from On-Time have been amazing!nnWe're a small company and even though I'm sure they have other bigger clients they never skip a beat.nnI don't have to worry about my payroll at all, wonderful people and great service!

After nearly 10 years of processing payrolls for small firms in Massachusetts, I am so happy to have found On-Time Payroll. Attention to detail, personalized service, an online portal that works well, very friendly and professional people. We are a 10-person firm and although On-Time provides a MUCH better service than the big payroll companies, they only cost about $5/month more – for us this small difference in price is WELL worth it. I highly recommend them for any small business.

Our school recently switched our payroll company to On-Time payroll. Carmen, George, and Tina made the transition process from one payroll company to the other very seamless. The customer support is exceptional. If you call On-time payroll you will never receive a voicemail. There is someone on the other end always to pick up your calls and help you with anything you need. The system they provide to enter payroll is very easy to get a hang of. It takes me about 5 minutes to send in the payroll every other week. Over the years we have switched payroll companies a numerous amount of times. We have now found a payroll service that we love and we will stick with. No more changing payroll services for us! Thank you to everyone at On-Time Payroll for making my job easier!

On time payroll is very easy to work with. It handles almost everything aspect of our payroll, which is very convenient. It is a local business. If I have any questions, I can either pick up the phone or go visit. We are very happy about the service.
