I went in because I was experiencing severe pain. They just stared at me and made me sit down and after that when the registration personnel was done with the patient And just stared me down and never called me up. She proceeded to have a conversation with her coworker at that moment I just got up and walked the registration booth. I was then told To give her a few minutes so she can finish her conversation and eat her donuts. Like are you serious! After 10minutes of just being in pain she finally gave me attention. By then I have had enough of their unprofessionalism and told them that I thought this was the emergency room. She then got smart and said it is SIR! Well it doesn’t feel like it especially since your just having a conversation sand making me wait till your done. Worst hospital ever! Never coming back. If I had to choose between dying or being saved by victory hospital.. I choose death
In their defense- I get we are in the middle of a pandemic but during my unfortunate stay there, staff wasn't attentive enough. Took my own IV needle out after they switched sides arms, received an MRI, but they also forgot to take an xray of my fractured foot. Don't care, if it's the longer ride. Take me to Lake Forest, Libertyville or Highland Park next time Hopefully there no next time.
Great hospital, grew up using this hospital. The Dr’s there seem sincere and and willing to help in any way they can.
Best hospital in the country to have a child...
Worst hospital in lake county, had a friend pass away here went in for a broken leg.
