ZERO STARSnI called for service and they dispatched me out for a quote. The tech I spoke to was actually nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He quoted me price and 1hr give or take.n2.5 hours later nothing. I called around found another company that would arrive in 30 mins. So as a courtesy I called this company back to cancel my work order. They had the nerve to tell me I need to pay $29 for service that never showed up. Then got an attitude when I said I won't pay. They said I can't use their service anymore then hung up.nNo loss here. I wouldn't give them a penny.
Extremely rude. Was told I would receive a call back in 15 minutes about the status of a locksmith, and told to weight by my locked car out in the cold. 25 mins later, I call back because I received no call. I got hung up on twice by dispatch. Extremely unprofessional and very rude. Not the type of place I want to deal with at 6am for emergency service. If I could give zero stars I would.
New and easy experience, it took about 4 days for my keys to arrive. They had a great deals 5 keys for $16.
Went to location for a key copy and other info. Location was not a locksmith but a budget grocery store with a key copy machine. No licensed locksmith at this location. Total lie.
Fast & affordable , I bought 2 keys & I got the 3rd key free ! Nice
