Pharmacist (supposedly REGINA if she gave her correct name) is VERY RUDE!!!!! Would not help and assumed that as a client that I would know all of the IL State laws on transferring a Regular every month pain Medicine from 1 Wallgreens to another. Having a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE to a MANY YEAR CLIENT is VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!
I give 5 stars to Rida the technician.She was super cool and nice.Very helpful too!The store however is awful

This walgreens has a lot of complaints from me.nn1.Does not shut down on any holidays because when I go on Thanksgiving , Christmas, etc its still open.nn2.Rida was amazing!nn3.They had covid but did not shut down.
Came through multiple times and was greeted by a lovely person Rida.She was nice, quick, and helpful.I gave this a two star because after I got a call saying to pick up my medicine that I already did.I would give this five stars but the call got me scared.Rida was very nice five stars for her but yeah.Also,I asked on the phone who is this and the name was someone like a deb name.....It was scary. I ask if I can talk to any big manager about this but was responded a no we do not have time for this I just wanted to remind you to pick it up.This walgreens is scary and a bit weird I don't know if that was a real person.The next compliant I have is that when I waited in car yesterday by a brown haired girl he tag started with a m or d.I was waiting for my prescription in a rush not feeling good but was delayed by a oh sorry we are having issues.I would not return
