Went into this gas station today 8/30 around 2:40pm. Apparently the pumps weren’t accepting any pre pay for gas. I would like to commend Corey and the other has station attendant (I didn’t get her name) for actively working on fixing the situation and staying calm and professional while telling customers about the situation although most customers weren’t kind in return. These situations happen and it isn’t easy working retail when they do.
I bought gas the price of the gas was $20.01 I swiped my card at the pump n I checked my balance after the pump took off my card $70 for a $20 purchase n I called the gas n told them she tells me to call in the morning n I just called them multiple times n the phone just keeps ringing n ringing but I'm supposed to call n talk to a manager but they won't pick up the phone.
Great station with a great manager!
Used to really like this place. It was always clean and had great people.nThe last few months has brought some very negative observations. First of all it is filthy, trash on the floor, garbage cans are overflowing , coffee area is disgusting and entire inside looks like it needs to be power washed.nVery sad to see a business that did so well self destruct.
Out of all gas but prime but the car I was in takes that's so I went in to prepay 30 buck after waiting 20 mins in line because only one person is working during rush I insert my card she says you need to swipe then insert your card witch didn't make sense but ok then swipe your rewards card then enter your phone number just to say it was an invalid # so I walked out this place needs to get it together #bringbackroadranger
