The lady here needs to be fired. I tried one of the slushees and I didn’t like so I threw out the cup. She charged me for a whole slushee anyway due to a “waste of a cup” shut up.
The lady that works here is really mean. Not sure if she is owner or the wife of the owner. I'm surprised by how bad she treats people in a customer orientated business with repeat customers. Rarely ever go here because of it.
The owner is very rude. She doesn’t have ANY customer service skills whatsoever.
HORRIBLE PLACE! The lady was so so rude! This is the first time I have experienced something like this! This place is not recommended only if you like to be treated rudely!
Nice clean well stocked convenience store in downtown Sycamore. Very nice attendant at 10 pm. He seemed to know most of his customers and was friendly and courteous to me as a stranger. Same slightly high prices as every 7-11, but you know that before you walk in the door. Sufficient parking and easy access from State St.
