Bill Colangeli is an experienced accountant with Colangeli, LLC (formerly known as O'Malley and Colangeli) in Lexington, MA. He prepared the corporate income tax returns (IRS Form 1120S and Massachusetts Form 355S) for the family-owned law firm where I previously worked, which closed in 2018. Bill prepared accurate tax returns on time and for reasonable rates for at least five consecutive years for the family-owned law firm. He kept track of complex accounting issues such as depreciation and loss carryovers. He is competent, responsive to client inquiries, and an all-around professional. I recommend him enthusiastically to any individual or small business who needs a new accountant.
