We have been putting this off for a long time largely because we were intimidated by the process. Then we found Joel Bernstein! Mr. Bernstein is knowledgeable, professional and walked us through the process of setting up our will, trust, and other documents. The whole process took a couple months. But he held our hand the entire way, in a warm, friendly and accessible manor. Importantly, he took the time to educate us about the process. Everything was done virtually except the signing, which was done in the office in a safe way. After doing our research we thought it was a better value, easier and faster to complete than many other firms, and a great investment for our future. Priceless peace of mind in the Covid era. We will continue working with Joel on more topics.

Our experience was very smooth and speedy. The firm took great steps not only to work with us to understand our estate planning needs and to explain how our estate plan will work; it also took very thoughtful measures to maintain social distancing because of the pandemic. What a relief to have found Joel Bernstein! My husband and I have been putting off our estate planning, assuming that we'd be overwhelmed by its complexity. But Joel was patient, friendly and down-to-earth -- and in the age of Covid, he's using the tools of remote meetings to make the process even smoother. A caring and wise adviser who understands what might be tricky to grasp and makes it easier. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Joel was very helpful and patient with our many questions. Estate planning is a confusing subject but Joel has spent his entire career focusing on this area. He’s very knowledgeable and has a way of explaining things very well. We recommend him highly.
