I’ve been going to this studio for about 6/7 years it’s the only place I feel deserves 5+Stars. From the cleanliness to the quality of the teachers. Joy and Joe are by far my favorite teachers although all of the teachers have very high quality performances.nThis yoga studio has had me laughing, crying and zenning out when I’ve needed it the most. The crew here is beyond the best in the Chicagoland area. I would drive over 45 min each way to get to this studio. Its a very calm and soothing place. I went there for hot yoga and it was good but very toughnI felt that the class was a little too crowded and the instructors volume was low, but still overall a great experience.nYour first class is free. So everyone should try it at least.nThey do not have any disposable cups to drink water so do carry your own water bottles.

I haven't felt this at home in a yoga studio since my first one back in VA! Classes are hard but refreshing at the same time. Temp is just perfect! locker rooms and showers were huge! LOVE how they have natural beauty supplies readily available for their clients as well! Super sad we had to move after baseball season and I was not able to use all of the 10 classes I bought. I think they expire in a year but if there is anyway I could freeze them and use them again next summer I'd be the happiest girl in the world!

We have a great working relationship with Tribalance. Our staff personally love the classes as its great diversification to what we offer and they always take care of our clients when we send them over. Incredible teachers, warm inviting atmosphere, easy for individuals who are attending for the first time to feel a sense of belonging as well as both pace and offered modifications set a new bar for personalization within the structured classes. Love it, the only place we will ever attend and refer!
