What an incredible self defense training facility!! I have my children enrolled in their program and we love it! So much so that we commute 45 min one way to North Brooke from Logan square because we value the quality of their instruction.nnIf you are looking for a facility that will teach discipline, and a realistic honest approach to self defense this is your place. The instructors are knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. I highly recommend.

The most realistic, real life training you can get. The instructors here are very patient and knowledgeable, and possess vast experiences in those situations you personally don't wish to be, but may want to be prepared, just in case. Learn practical, potentially life saving skills while getting superbly fit and acquiring some crucial mental toughness. The facility itself is fantastic, clean, airy and superbly equipped.
This is a AMAZING gym with a teaching style and friendly atmosphere that is very hard to find. Both the staff and the members are very friendly and welcoming to everyone. The skills learned here are all very useful and will help anyone feel safer and more confident. The teachers are all very knowledgeable and are very approachable. Love this gym and cant recommend it enough.
