I've been a member of this studio since 2016. Orangetheory is a great workout! I love that every workout is different. The formats for each workout keeping push you to become better. The coaches and staff are professional and friendly. I really appreciate the time they take to correct forms (esp. when weightlifting). Try one workout...you will become addicted!
Great workout every class and there’s no need to think about anything other than what the coaches tell you to do! Totally love that everybody can push themselves regardless of fitness level. The coaches, members, and staff and all very friendly and positive :)
Just finished our first trial class. My husband and I tested it out together, My husband is a workout guy and I'm just getting back into it and we both had an efficient and tough workout. It's really a workout that anyone at any level can appreciate and get results.nnThe staff is kind and thorough when walking you the process ahead of time. Make sure to come early as a newbie.
Lifetime is worth every penny. The gym is super clean. They wipe down the equipment constantly. The facilities are top notch.
This gym is a nice change for me, Im out of shape and was looking for something to get me motivated. I'm currently taking boot camp classes here and all the trainers are very nice and helpful. All I know is when I leave I feel great and sweat!
