This gym is so clean and the people are so friendly! The group classes are fun, and I’ve learned a lot. There is a lot of equipment so I never have to wait. Can’t beat the price!

It is an amazing experience. The trainers are so inspiring and so helpful, if you are looking for review that you would use to base on your decision on. Trust me, this is the review.nnF45 is an overall experience. It’s all about gaining immense stamina and building that core. Yes they might be more expensive than a normal gym but here you will get to feel every inch, every muscle of your body.nnIf you are trying to shred and go lean. This is the place. You have to try it. For me, it is the best decision I have made so far and I hate myself for not doing this earlier.nnPlus, F45 runs a free one week trial and F45 glenview runs their own promotions so if you are thinking about the ud83dudcb0. Relax!!! Now is the time to join them. Period.nnLastly, the trainers ❤ufe0f they are helpful. They motivate you and watch your every rep. It’s almost like you get a personal trainer experience in a class.

You will work every muscle in your body with this high-intensity workout. I’ve discovered muscles in my arms that I didn’t know I had, felt stronger than I have in years and have a blast every day I go. You will not regret signing up for this fun and challenging 45 minutes! And, the trainers are top notch and so helpful!
