My wife and I have been going to the Perfect workout facility in Northbrook for almost two years now. We have found it to provide superb conditioning with a once or twice weekly visit. Our trainers Andrew and West are very committed to our success and are keen to provide a great experience. They are expert at making sure our form is correct and that we gain something at each visit. At ages 66 and 68 I guess we are considered senior citizens. These workouts help us maintain a vigor that belies our ages.

I love going to The Perfect Workout because I get a full body workout in just about 20 minutes. I have very busy schedule and this works for me perfectly. I am attending the workout for over 2 years twice a week. I not just feel more fit and see improvement in my shape but I also feel significantly less pain in my knees which I was not able to achieve for many years no matter what I’ve tried. I worked out in two different locations with different trainers. They all are super nice and fun to communicate with. They all are doing a great job of coaching to ensure that I get maximum benefit from each exercise while exercise safely using slow strength method. In the last couple month, I work with Katherine in Northbrook. She is amazing. She is not just a great instructor who really cares about effectiveness and safety and watches your form but also, she is so much fun to communicate. I highly recommend the Perfect Workout to anyone who has busy schedule and would like to improve their strength and overall well-being with effective and safe method of exercising.

I found The Perfect Workout in my search for improving my bone health. I was told by my doctor that I needed to be on prescriptions for my early stage osteoporosis. When I read about the side effects, I knew that these drugs were scary. I researched looking for other healthy options. I found a site that Dr McGuff authored a book called Body By Science. It explained that weight training, low impact and low resistance was the way to improve strengthen my muscles and bones improving my upper body. Wow, they even asked you to put in the state you lived in and shared where to find sources to train you in this area. There was Northbrook, right where I live!!! I was so glad and followed up with The Perfect Workout and went in to see. I have always been active walking 2 miles a day for years, but never had much upper body challenges to strengthen me. The Perfect Workout has a workout that fits my lifestyle and that is doable for me. The trainer is very knowledgeable about the goals I wanted to attain, he also is knowledgeable on nutrition and ways to improve that. It is early as I have only been doing this for a month, but am confident that I am on the right path for success!! I would heartily recommend anyone to go and check this place out. I am so excited that I did!!!
