Bruce is da man and my kids love their swimming lessons
The swim instructors that were assigned to my kids were unprofessional and disrespectful. When given feedback over the phone, the owner (wife) was defensive and rude. She was so caught up with being defensive that she was unable to recognize and address the actual concern. Her way of dealing with it was to turn it around and blame the customer.
Very helpful more than enough time to spend exposing things to people like me who have no clue in the Marine hobby Can't recommend enough!
