Well tended trail over ridges to Hutchins Creek. We did not go further and turned back around after discovering several lovely formations. Springs flowers along the way.
Easy but fun trail! Lots of rock/gravel. Cool trees and lots of wildlife. For hikers and equestrians.
This section of the River-to-River trail was excellent to hike on a mild winter day. It looked like the trail conditions would be muddy and rut-filled during warmer temperatures. But during dry, cooler temperatures, this was an excellent hike!
Great trail to get away from civilization. The wilderness areas of the Shawnee are majorly underrated.
