This is a 12 mile loop with many changes in elevation. Not for beginner hikers. I would reccomend a two day hike of it and overnight camp halfway at the backpackers camp.
Great trail enjoyed it.
It's a beautiful trail but the markers are in some hidden places sometimes. And the trails can be less then 6 inches wide next to a short cliff. But in the end I would do it again for sure!
Moderate 12.5 miles not 10 like advertised
I recommend starting before eleven am during thaw winter till complete during daylight.
