Trainers are very nice and extremely helpful and motivating. Atmosphere is very positive and supportive. Everyone is helping each other improve. I refuse to go back to a normal gym.
Love it! The trainers and owners are great people. They provide challenging workouts in a very positive environment. There are programs for athletes of all ages and fitness levels.
My grandson goes to taekwondo here
