Incredible gym with outstanding one on one training and an awesome family atmosphere where elite athletes from all over St Louis push each other to be the very best athletes they can be. Coach Austin, with experience from the NFL combine, knows how to build top level athletes for any sport, not just football. Can't recommend this gym highly enough!

They do not know what they are talking about when it comes to weight lifting. Of course a lot of the people that go there get stronger, but that is because they either barely lifted at all before or were not on any program. On top of that it is over priced. You are better off finding a workout program that fits you, and then find a friend that has similar goals and train with them at a real gym.

Spade Athletics is THE place to go for anyone trying to better themselves as an athlete and a person. Not only will you reach the top of your game, but you will also develop the skills and work ethic a hard working and mature athlete should build. If you are serious about making yourself a better athlete, you should look no further than Spade Athletics. The knowledge you gain while training with Spade is incomparable to any other training platform. Being apart of the Spade team is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Learning the proper way to train for the specific sport I played gave me profound advantages over my competition. Spade Athletics is the real deal, see for yourself.

Spade has top of the line facilities to help you get to the top of your game! I feel that Spade has a great environment surrounded with other athletes who push each other to reach their highest potential and an indoor turf facility that is useful for year round training. I've been training at Spade for 3 years, and I have only seen improvement in my game and as an athlete.
