Hard to describe the feeling of knowing that for any issue - plumbing, heating, electrical work, they are available when you need them. They also do preventative maintenance as part of their service plans, to catch issues before they become emergencies. Great people to work with. A little more pricey than others, but the ability to trust them is definitely worth the extra cost. They are on time (or early) to scheduled appointments and are flexible in schedule changes. Nice also to talk to a person for each service call. We recommend them to friends and neighbors, and have had others recommend them to us.

We have been nothing but thrilled with the competence of every single Rodenhiser expert who has come to do work in our home! Every one of them is courteous, careful with social distancing during these CoVid times, and a pleasure to have conversations and question/answer information from. All A+++ and not one thing to criticize. They've been helping us upgrade our new home for the past two years, and we have no interest in hiring anyone else. They may cost a bit more than other contractors . . . and well worth it! Two experts stand out: Patrick M. (plumbing) and Eric W. (electrician): an absolute pleasure, trust their skills and experience totally, clearly they know their areas. Most informative! In addition, the responsiveness of the office staff is exceptional (and I used to manage office staff at MIT): great communication, calling and emailing to confirm appointments and verify when help is due to arrive that day. They are on top of it all. One cannot go wrong with Rodenhiser.

Andy Rodenhiser takes pride in his business and is willing to go out of his way to make that clear to his customers. We had an unfortunate experience with a single employee from Rodenhiser and initially posted a factual account of what happened in a review. Andy, the owner of the company called me the next day on his personal time and offered to make the situation right at no cost to us. From that point on our experience with Rodenhiser has been nothing but positive. From scheduling to the install itself, we have been pleased to see their professionalism and expertise in action. It’s refreshing to see a company of their size show sincere concern for the custom experience. Ultimately, we have been impressed by their integrity and would welcome the opportunity to work with them again.
