A peaceful piney experience tucked away in the Missouri hills. Off season was my favorite time to visit while most amenities are in the off position.

If you’re looking for a relaxing camping trip or a refreshing hike in the woods, this is the park for you. We love taking our dogs along on the trails, great scenery and wonderful place to recharge yourself.

Camp ground is great. It really is however, I really think there needs to be a noise ordinance after a certain time. Kids running and screaming when all you want to experience is some peace and quiet. Kids had a wonderful time from what I could hear and see but had to hike out about a half mile away to read a book during the evening hours.

Beautiful little campground. Lots of options for hiking. Cell service is pretty bad but don't let that stop you from exploring.

Nice campground with pine trees against the creek and shower. The sites are pretty much on top of each other though so not much privacy. Easy check-in. The walkins looked nice if you have a tent.
