Great timely service, friendly and professional staff.nBrought car in for routine service today, 3/2/20 and once again had a great service experience. Returned today 11/11/20 for oil changes and routine service for my Cube and Kicks. As usual had great service, my service adviser, Mike Kelly is the best, made good suggestions and the jobs were done well and in a timely manner.

Both the service and sales departments have gone way above and beyond expectations for me since my vehicle purchase. Always treated with utmost respect and sincerity. They are highly recommended by me. Both George and Todd made the sales experience Pleasant and seamless. It is the best service I've experienced compared to any other dealership.

Milford Nissan is the only place I would buy a vehicle ever. I purchased my third car in the last 2 years this week. Fifi my salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable and helpful. I also got great service from Tony Chamoun the GM who helped putting everything together for me as well as Jimmy in finance. A+ and I would always recommend highly as they make my loyalty to Nissan since 1999 easy! Thank you all!

The recent experience we had at Milford Nissan was amazing. Eric Taylor helped us find the right car in our price range that had all the bells and whistles that we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure put on us to spend more than we could afford and it was one of the most comfortable processes I have had when buying a car.nTony the GM was very personable and went over the top to thank us for coming in.nEric P the business manager made sure everything went through smoothly.nI would definitely recommend Milford Nissan to everyone for their next vehicle!

All around, terrible service head to toe. I understand the manager takes reviews very serious and makes sure to reply to every review. Which is great and all but I would suggest, less time on your computer/phone and more time on running this place. I recommend you come here prepared to camp out since their only virtue is to make you wait. Doesn't matter what department.nWent here for a tire that gave me problems from the get go. The dealer is an hour and 20 mins away from me. Took the car back a week after purchase. And after making me wait for hours...they just put air in it and said it was a problem with the tire pressure and left it at that, seeing as the censors were saying otherwise. After endless calls to this dealership and them giving me false information, false diagnosis and gave me the runaround, I ended up taking the car back. But guess what? Coincidentally It was already too late for them to fix the actual issue because it was already too late for them to take responsibility over it. How convenient!nTo the manager, since image is way more important to you than service, my review is purely based on you and the repercussions of bad service overall.
