I recently bought a car from Pat Patel at Imperial Toyota and had the best experience in all of my car buying years. Pat treatednMe with respect and professionalism. I felt valued as a client and never rushed. Most importantly, he never once made me feel less than because I am a female. (I was in process with other dealerships but all of those sales people wanted to know where my husband was!!!!) I will buy from Pat again and highly recommend him to anyone!

I am happy to do business with them. I met Matt who had made time to explain all my question concern the highlander I wanted.he helped me with the process by explaining to me all I need to know before the purchase .he was friendly and called after me even after I left the dealership . I met DESIREE for the financial and final paperwork.she had time to explain all the products they offer and what each product comes with. she answered every question with smile and was calm the whole time. left the dealership happy and satisfied. my car was delivered to my house clean and neat.

Great experience at this location!! Arthur Crisafulli made everything so quick and easy! Buying a car can be stressful but Arthur made it stress free and explained the whole process so that there were no surprises! I highly recommend talking to Arthur if you’re in the market for a vehicle!

Where to start.. first, I have a 800+ credit score, and the salesman feels the need to apply for credit in my stead at three different banks, even though I already have a loan approval with half the interest rate they offered me. This lowered my score drastically. Second, upon bringing my recently purchase vehicle in for inspection, the salesman continuously shift the gears from D to R without a full stop, completely neglecting the engine's cry for help to NOT do this. Since there prices are relatively decent, and their customer service above average, but their lack of respect for your finances and merchandise atrocious, I think this is a well deserved 2 stars.
