Asked for help with large combos. Ordering for many coworkers and needed the Bundle. Eventually after stating other foid chains had these items - communication understood. Ordered abd received the correct bundles. Good food at a fair price.

One of the managers named Missy was speeding and right up on the rear end of my car blaring music acting like a teenager, and likes to cuss teenage kids out after we call her out for almost causing a car wreck. We all know it’s McDonald’s but you’d think being a manager they wouldn’t want there face to be known like that ud83dude15 #unprofessional

Drive-thru was quick even though it was busy, food was hot and fresh and nice and polite workers.

As usual, they're professionally inept. I rarely eat fast food but the few times per year equates to a less than happy experience. With Covid and everything else, I get it. Somebody (eons ago it seems) suggested an extra window for the drive thru to exchange your order for the correct one. Maybe they shouldn't be such angry, mean spirited people at any of these locations and really start monitoring their management instead. The few nice folks don't last long and I've rarely encountered one in the tricounty/ tri-state area. Love the sloppy dress, dirty uniforms and those beautiful prison tattoos on some of the staff. I actually witnessed the day manager in Alton picked her underwear out of her crack (front and back with no gloves) then hand the drive thru an order without washing her hands.
