Called them to tow my car from Mount Vernon to Evansville. Between requesting the tow and the tow driver arriving it was recommended that i call the manufacturer for a warranty tow. Canceled Red's and spoke with the manufacturer who then sent the run to Red's anyways. The driver was professional and even gave me a ride to the dealership that he was dropping my vehicle at so that I could get a loaner car.

I have used Red's Roadside Assistance a few times and even referred the service to friends in which have used them as well! I don't give referrals out freely, someone has to have great service for me to refer them to others! Red's Roadside Assistance is my go-to and would highly recommend them! They came when I was in a pinch a few years ago where I had a tire blow out on the way to my daughter's birthday party (I had her in the car with me too) and they got me fixed up fast so we could be back on the road to the party (birthday girl made it just in time)! In each experience, I have had great customer service and work done in a very short time!

The tow driver who helped me when far beyond what is expected for good service. My car died on U.S. 41. I thought the problem was the alternator, and already had called a mechanic to fix it when tow driver Chris noticed oil underneath the car, helping me re-diagnose the problem and potentially saving me lots of money. Thanks again, Chris. I recommend this service

Have used or dealt with Reds numerous times. Previously I was a General Manager of a repair facility in Evansville. Josh was just an up and coming business owner and he was a pleasure to deal with. He took great care of the customers he brought to us. Even after I left that facility I continued to use Reds for my personal vehicles. Unfortunately things happen and sometimes you need a tow. Always there to help out and nice. The price has always been the best in the area too.
