Went through and got 2 cheeseburger happy meals with sprites and an unsweet tea. We got home and I unloaded the kids and food and my youngest started crying because he didn't receive a cheeseburger as ordered. He got apples and fries, that's it. The sprites had zero syrup and only had carbonated water. I called the store and she basically said sorry. That's it. Not we will make it right, nothing. I'm really disgusted and the workers here need to be more competent. This isn't accidentally forgetting ketchup, it's not checking for quality and being lazy. The restaurant was definitely not busy at this time and I definitely should have been compensated. This isn't the first time and I'm getting tired of it. Not only does one child not have food, neither of them have drinks...so what exactly did I even pay for? Normally I have to sit at the drive thru window and checks every little thing because at least one thing is not right.
I always have extra mustard falling on my from my sandwiches. Very unpleased. Everyday thing. Officially losing my business, Taco bell in olney IL 62450 is better.
I drive for wal-mart so I don't fit in the drive-thru. The manager came out to my truck and personally took my order. We at the DC love this place for how accommodating they are to commercial drivers.
