You guys are great always enjoyed coming to a Loves while traveling. Just leaving this review to apologize for my mother and aunt who yelled at a few employees today. I am so incredibly sorry. My family was 100% totally in the wrong.
LOVE this Loves. The little dog park is well maintained and we love letting the fur babies get out of the truck to stretch their legs here! (And staff is SUPER nice.)
Stopped in to get a new headlight. Guy in shop says he doesn’t have a mechanic to do it. I just needed to light, not the mechanic to change it out. I can’t believe it. You need a mechanic to change a headlight? Seems lazy because it’s cold and wet out. Waste of time. Will not come back here. I’m not asking for an engine overhaul, it’s a simple head light.
We are so grateful for the staff at the love's travel stop in Greenup,IL. The manager in there should get a Raise! On 3/27/2021 our family of 6 left Casey Motocross track pulling a 30 foot camper. We were headed back home until tornado sirens started going off. We were in a panic and stopped at the Loves's Travel Stop and stayed there for 30 minutes until the storm passed. Very thankful for all the Love and support you gave us and all the other travelers in the building with us! God Bless You!
This is my new favorite truck stop, all Love's should have parking lots set up like this with the efficient use of parking space, and there should be more Love's with naf naf, so good.
