This is by far the best YMCA in the metro when it comes to equipment, space, building, and parking...however you can clearly tell that COVID procedures are not comparable to the other YMCA’s. No staff that ensures machines are cleaned, actually he was sitting at the desk on his phone the whole time.... gym members are wearing masks half way off their face, if at all, and a majority of them do not wipe down the machine after use. If you’re covid conscious don’t go here.
Little too expensive, however, very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of options as well! I would recommend you go here if you have the money for it!
All the equipment is brand new and really nice to use. I go there everyday to swim and the pool was just redone so it's always a great experience
Nice location, but WAY overpriced. The gym area (which is what I used), is really small for a newer YMCA. There is so much more room dedicated to universal machines than the free weights, like they aren't important. Half the time the showers just drip water or no hot water, not sure how that happens when the place is again relatively new. Had to drop my membership as the cost was just way out of control considering what I used it for.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great place to workout!
