Awesome experience. I bought my first car today and the workers were very rude easy to work with and extremely friendly. They were very transparent on what they had done to the car to get it in the very best shape possible. The car looked and drove like it was brand new. They also made sure to let me know that if there’s ever an issue with my car, to let them know and they’ll take care of it. Overall I was just very pleased with my experience, and I’m very excited about my car!

I don’t have anything bad to say about my experience. I went in for an oil change. I was an hour early but after some initial confusion as to why I had come so early I left the vehicle to be dealt with and was waiting in the waiting room same as every other place. They worked fast and I had some great conversations with the gentleman that sat with me. One had even bought his car from the dealership. So I was able to ask about his experience too. After all was said and done the process was good and I got what I came for.

Top notch service department. Service advisor was very professional and took care of all my needs with no hassles. Kyle did a great job fixing my truck and getting me back on the road in a timely manner. Great technicians!

Our buying experience with Gregg Young in Indianola Iowa was seamless from start to finish. The people that worked there were all very kind and extremely helpful. They listened to what our wants and needs were, and found the perfect vehicle for us in a very reasonable amount of time. They went way above and beyond for us. Nobody dropped the ball at anytime throughout the experience. We had just had a bad experience with another dealership before coming to Gregg Young - needless to say we were not disappointed this time. The staff is awesome and the entire process was so well organized. We love the car and would highly recommend working with this dealership to anyone.
